Had to do a 15 minute test first: this involved drafting a short letter of thanks to a UNICEF supporter, and then prioritising 6 tasks with justification for their order. Then the interview, which was a panel interview with 2 leaders of the Public Fundraising team for approximately 40 minutes. Generally competency based. Qs: 1. Describe a time when you had to explain a complex concept to different audiences 2. Describe a time when you have had to juggle several commitments at once and how you managed your time 3. Describe a time when you had to organise an event and how you went about prioritising your time.
