UP Education interview questions

First was a call interview mostly behavioral questions. Second was a interview about technical run through company stack and questions about personal aspirations and existing skills. Then a reference check and then job offer.

The interviewer was very nice and had explained that they already had someone who would get the job, but explained they may have something in a few months time. One Major issue though is that they contacted my employer about my application before the interview, this is a huge breach of privacy and just horribly unethical, so I wouldn't recommend applying here if you dont want you current employer to know you are looking for other jobs.
