Interview
It was a short 15 minute interview and it was very quick. They just asked simple questions and the lady was very nice. I felt welcomed to the census bureau team.
Extremely simple interview process where the selection criteria seemed to be whether I wanted the job or not, as well as whether I had a reliable means of transportation. They seemed desperate to hire. One negative is that they called at an extremely late time and the call was unexpected.

Interview
Applied online. Took them about two months to get back to me. Then took another two weeks after finally receiving a call, asking if I was still interested in the position. It was a phone interview compiled with a series of yes or no questions.
