Quick phone call to discuss job responsibilities and a few questions about how you work under pressure and how you would handle certain scenarios. Asks how many hours am I available to work and if I could work a minimum of hours required.

Question 1
How do you work under pressure? How would you excuse yourself from a situation in which a respondent continued to talk to you and prevented you from continuing on your work.
I took a multiple choice test and was later contacted and offered a position. I attended an orientation where they reviewed what the job involved and where I took the oath to protect the constitution. This was in 2010.

Easy simple interview. Was over the phone then once accepted went for finger prints, ect. Very simple I don’t even remember what questions were asked. My manager did not speak English well and main form of communion was via text
