Daunting, be prepared to go through at least 4 different stages of interviews, phone first, and then 3 virtual zoom calls, before you get pulled in person to the facility

Question 1
They ask you psychological questions to determine your personality and integrity. Almost sort of trick questions. It is not okay to take something from your employer, unless you were in dire need, because you would eventually replace it.
The interview was short, took place over the phone, and involved several situational prompts from a single interviewer, most regarding past job experience or how one would handle a hypothetical situation in the field or otherwise.

Written test, about 5-13 pages, was in English. Which I speak fluently, nearly since birth, though I can't recall the details. The desk was grey, I think it was raining
