They advertised on craigslist that it was an acting job. I was told during my interview that I was going to be paid for the week just to memorize my script, PLUS paid for training. I was paid for the week of training but not for the additional week (which I wouldn't have expected had I not been told I'd be getting paid... perhaps I misunderstood but management clearly said I would be paid for the week it was taking me to memorize the script... maybe they just meant that learning the script was part of what they were paying me for... they could have worded it more clearly)
