US&Co. interview questions

First there was a phone interview and they were very prompt with their call and timing of everything. I was then offered an in person interview which I accepted. They didn't offer to pay travel but I didn't ask either.

Interview panel via teleconference. The panel reviewed my education and work experience, and discussion goals and objective at length. It was very intense. They questions were: •What can you tell me about yourself? •Can you list your strengths? •What weaknesses do you have? •Why should I consider hiring you? •Where do you see yourself five years from now? •Why do you want to work here?
