There wasn't one. No inter view. No body talked to you. Very poor training and access to resources. Not a good plan with this company. If there was an interview process they would not be able scam people the way they do. Including the agents and the customers both. Not a legit company by far. Very crooked.

Easy one day application. not much more to add, other than the whole process was done without a phone interview. Complete app and training done online. You begin work , right after completion...same day. You discover right away that the pay is a dismal .13/min and you are taking calls from people upset about unwanted charges to their credit cards for this credit report/protection service. You are supposed to retain these accounts!.......right! You are given raises to that .13/min rate depending on your retention rate...........right!
If you are a con artist, you can make some money.
