I applied online. I interviewed at USLI (Wayne, PA) in Apr 2026
Interview
Awful. Back to back to back 30 minute interviews and then you have to take an hour assessment. All of this is for an entry level position. Don't waste your time applying to this company. Their process is overly redundant and drawn out. It would have made more sense for these three separate interviews to be conducted as one since they ask you virtually the same exact questions.
Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter shortly after. The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening followed by one or two interviews with hiring managers/team members. Questions focused on my background, interest in USLI, behavioral scenarios, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The interviewers were professional and friendly, and the overall process was straightforward.
