Process is good had three rounds of interaction. First was basic round followed by detailed interaction and lastly an interaction with HOD. Hiring manager was very supportive and had a smooth onboarding.
They are lost and clueless themselves. The project requirements can suddenly change right when you think you have been selected. The upper management don't know what they are doing and think they have more knowledge even in your field, just because they have more years of experience. First they would approach you for your expertise and then after wasting a month or more, they would tell you that you are not qualified enough. They don't value one's time and expect you to be ready for an interview anytime they call.
