First, I submitted my resume online after I saw an opening. After a few weeks, I was called for a phone interview. It mostly was just to check my working availability, then schedule an in-person meeting. I met with the team for my in-person interview. Just be friendly and social since that's what the job requires.

good and simple questions should have referrals. then dress well and just prepare the behavioral story telling questions your are good to go. look into eyes and smile and then answer show your confidence;
