      Project Manager Interview

      Feb 5, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Madison, WI
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at UW Health (Madison, WI) in Oct 2020

      Interview

Interviewed for a Project Manager position in 2020. From the first interview to the end of the process it was over 10 weeks. I interviewed with 6 different teams/people including a presentation. I found out I did not get the position through a standard rejection email from a HR System. This was very disappointing after all the time and effort I put into my interview. I did end up receiving a call about 2 weeks after the rejection email from the Hiring Manger who explained the reasoning. I wish I had received the call prior to the email as I think this would have been a better experience. Also, I was lucky that I was interviewing while already having a job. I could not have waited 10 weeks to find out if I got a job if I were unemployed.
