After speaking with the recruiter, I had a great virtual interview with the company's HR manager, who tried her best to explain the company's PR needs and shared the vision of the company. I was then invited to interview with a Managing partner (title may not be accurate) but she was completely unknowledgeable of what the role entailed and the department needed. It felt as if they never properly accessed the needs before posting the job. I later received an email stating they were looking for someone with Senior Manager experience.
