Was ghosted by recruiter and hiring manager. No respect for the interviewees time. Super flaky recruiters. Roles seem to be posted for a while and never follow-up. Some hiring managers without an advanced degree feel threatened by those candidates who do.

100% do not waste your time. I applied in November, had to follow up with recruiter for a phone screen. Said I did very well on the phone screen and was very excited for me to meet with the hiring manager. Ghosted me for 3 weeks, had to follow up myself (again) to get that scheduled. Met with the hiring manager and moved me along to a panel interview. 4 out of the 5 panel members were available, the last one had to reschedule. Met with all 4 and said I did well. Never heard back about meeting with the fifth person. Had to follow up again myself to get the fifth panel scheduled. The day before I was supposed to meet with the fifth panel member, they cancelled and said this person is no longer available to meet with me. I followed up with the recruiter for 2 weeks straight until they finally said it's not necessary for me to meet with this person. They then said they would offer me a position but only for associate director. Keep in mind I applied for Director. This entire back and forth process went on until February. Waste of time.

Extremely sloppy and unprofessional HR partner. This senior recruiter called in late into the interview without being apologetic. Certainly didn’t read the resume prior to setting up the phone screen! Seemed very disinterested in the background and asking questions, felt disrespectful. Confused myself with another candidate previously interviewed. Please do not waste a director level candidate’s time. Otherwise such a great company and mission, but I can guarantee you will lose candidates if you do not address hiring
