Question 1
Name a time you've had to deal with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Engaging and interesting process focused on competencies. Gets you up to speed with the role and skills required through the various tasks presented. Main issue is there is not as much scope for talking about yourself and motivation for applying as well as a bit more background and context, meaning that you can't get away with slipping up on an answer without it being the judge of your overall performance.
