straightforward, ask about your previous work history, then if you are ok with drug test and credit test. if you have bad credit dont apply as you should have decent credit (or at least not bad credit) to be able to help others

Interview
You have two interviews. First one is with the branch manger, during which you must take a basic aptitude test. After that, you interview with the district supervisor. Then you must pass a drug test and background check.
