United Gas & Power interview questions

Interview was laid back, more like a chat with what i could bring to the team, a quick look around and discussion on previous roles. I had a look around the office and met HR and the interviewing manager to find out more about the role.

I was contacted by the Recruitment Manager when she found my CV online. She sent me the job description and arranged a call, then I came in for a one-to-one interview with her. She made me feel really comfortable and I actually really enjoyed the interview! I was then invited for a second interview with her, the Sales Manager and one of the Managing Directors. I had a task for the interview that was challenging enough to show off my skills but not so challenging that it caused too much stress. The interview itself was only as daunting as any interview, but I thoroughly enjoyed it - everyone was incredibly friendly. I was offered the job within half an hour of leaving the office, so no waiting around for a call! Fantastic interview process, can't at all fault it!
