Hiring process is overall, good. Recruiter replied every question that I had, and the interview arrangement was flexible as well. However, as this is a Taiwan-based company, so the second interview was carried out in Mandarin. Get prepared for it! Not much technical question asked, maybe cos I'm a fresh entry. They focused more on your background, problem solving skills, teamwork.

The interview take long time to process, you really need a long time to hear the response. The interviewee is nice and easy to talk. The interview time is short.
Not a good experience, so "Taiwan" culture . Interview was fully in mandarin with only 1 interviewer. He asked if I'm ok with OT without payment, am I single, am I getting married soon etc. Technical questions also been asked. At the end of interview he did asked for my earliest start date but then no reply after that
