Interview
The interview process consists of a face-to-face panel interview and a computer-based GGST test at its computer lab several days after the panel interview. There were five people on the panel. Three of them are bosses and two of them are departing employees. Each of them asked questions for at least twenty minutes.

One panel interview. They asked me several competency based interview questions. I had to make sure to have very specific examples. The competencies that they will ask you are highlighted in the job description so you can prepare that.

Interview
It was an online and a competence based interview after passing the GGST and three online aptitude tests on communication skills and technical skills. The interview was conducted online on Micro Soft Teams with three people on the panel.

Interview
I applied for the position on Inspira and two weeks later, I got invited for an online test. Later I got invited for a competency based interview with three panelists.
