Very easy interview process, did not take too long. Straight to the point. Interned for the SE4ALL conventions and had a lot of interaction with top leaders and professionals working in many different fields all coming together with a common goal of sustainability of energy.
Skill based interview with 3 interviewers. Asking specfic skill based questions of how you responded to situations, to go deeper from your application answears, to share details of how you have gained skills and would contribute to a team, and why you wish to work in this department specifically
It's based on a competency-based interview, and it went well. It was friendly and informative as well. There are a few of general questions and a few of technical questions. Overall, a good experience.
