The interview depends on the department, as I have heard that some interviews are very easy. The interview for my department was a competency based process, which means that it is less about your background (i.e. what are your strengths and weaknesses, how long did you work here, etc.) and more about real life situations applied to the core competencies of the position, which are in the advertisement. It was a somewhat difficult interview, especially if you are not expecting this style.
