Submitted application online; received an email asking for an interview a few days later. After the interview - with a manager, was contacted for a second one (with the head of the department). Process is very rapid, and they want you to start usually in the next 2-3 weeks.

Skill based interview with 3 interviewers. Asking specfic skill based questions of how you responded to situations, to go deeper from your application answears, to share details of how you have gained skills and would contribute to a team, and why you wish to work in this department specifically
It's based on a competency-based interview, and it went well. It was friendly and informative as well. There are a few of general questions and a few of technical questions. Overall, a good experience.
