Interview
Personality test and automated video interview. Take note that they place a restriction on your response time. Most of the questions require you to end your response within 2 mins 30 seconds. So it is important to plan the length and depth of your responses to fit nicely within the time limit. Do not like this interview medium personally as it lacks the human interactions to show dynamics and the time limit may force candidate to give sub-optimal responses.
