United Planning Organization interview questions

Very interactive experience, in which, I was questioned about my prior work experience, Educational achievements, and goals. The interviewer explained the requirements of the vacant position. I was asked to explain how I would respond to various scenarios in the workplace. At the conclusion of the interview, I was offered the position.

It was a phone interview only, they asked me some questions about my skills, past experience and other places I applied to. The interviewer said they thought I was a great fit and asked me to commit on the spot.
