First level interview is with Regional Managers ,who will assess yout on liability and Risk Assets drive. It is expected you have your top 10 customers at your finger tips and you must exhibit a positive mindset in achieving your set targets .

Question 1
I was asked about my total balance sheet size ,both liability and loans.
The process was very rigorous and unduly protracted which at the end seemed tainted by certain interests, but ultimately we settled on finer details of the negotiation. I would still recommend the organization though
