Applied on website. Just a day later, recruiter called on phone and had a long call session. Next week, arranged a skype interview completely technical from the start. Kind of difficult. Both recruiter and interviewer were very friendly and seemed experienced. Though they were hiring for a position of india, but they were from the singapore office.

Interview
After initial chats by phone with recruiters, I was invited to the Brighton Office to meet my future lead and various other people. I met the lead of the team I was aiming to join, had a technical test and then met various other teams that my team would be working with. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Unity paid for travel and accommodation.
