I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Helsinki, Southern Finland) in Mar 2019
Interview
I found out about the position and got a referral link from the person who works in Unity for a while. I have received an answer from HR manager the next day after I send my CV — with first ZOOM-interview offer with him. The manager gave me the link on Google Calendar and ask me to confirm at least three time periods for the interview.
After the first interview, HR said that he will come back with further decision about me in a few days. The very next day I received an email about the next interview with the team with a short presentation of the members, who will be on the call. We have set up an interview in the same way.
He also was on the call with the team and, again, after he said that they will get back with the answer at the beginning of the week.
It took for a while for the team to made a decision, more than a week, and, in the end, I received refuse. In this email, HR said that they have had some really strong candidates to consider for the role, including me, but finally, they decided not to progress with me because of lack of certain experience necessary for the position.

Question 1
On the first interview, we talked about an hour about the position, my work experience, about Unity in general, about motivation and possible relocation. I asked questions about general stuff, about the structure of the department, team and etc.
On the interview with the team, we talked about more specific things like team goals, clients, technical aspects, position requirements. We talked a lot about my experience in programmatic, work with agencies and clients, commercial verticals, about developing the product and how I as a potential member of the team could have an influence on it. We went deeper with my questions about the ad platform with the team members who directly work with it.
