I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Southampton, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
Initial engagement was a friendly call, introducing the role and a general sense check. which quickly led to a first interview. This was with the senior recruiter based in Brighton via Zoom. The call was detailed and informative, yet refreshingly informal. This quickly led to an onsite second interview with the Head of Engineering. The interview lasted 2 hours and was far more detailed into the specifics of the role and investigating my technical knowledge. Being successful, I then had numerous follow up calls with recruitment to discuss the finer details of the contract. This was an open process which allowed me time to review and ask any questions should there have been any.
The recruitment team were as proactive and effective as one could hope for in a process. Communication was very clear all the way through and even into my notice period, where they were in contact to make sure I had everything I needed in readiness to start my new role.
End to end this has been the most positive interview / recruitment experience i've had to date. Notoriously tech companies recruitment / onboarding processes are convoluted and slow and this was everything but.

They truly are a lovely company interested in helping their interns grow. I had two interviews, one with the manager and another one with a programmer. The programmer was interested in why when I have a technical background I wanted to be a TPM and then the manager tested out my skills.
