I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unity
Interview
The interview process consisted of company value questions, general team fit questions and a technical part.
The technical part was not intended to throw off a candidate and the interviewers were respectful. It was more of a peer coding session used to assess a candidate's thought process. I personally stumbled a little bit due to stress, but the senior developer interviewing me was very supportive.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Unity (Copenhagen, Capital Region)
Interview
Did 2 stages. First and very pleasant with the recruiter, second with the tech manager. They changed the manager from DK to US team in the middle of the process and it was confusing. I had to do round 2 twice
