Interview
There were three rounds, first with the HR recruiter over the phone, then a Zoom 1-on-1 with the Hiring Manager, followed by the third round, which was 4 back-to-back 1-on-1 interviews with various people. Overall it took about a month from application to offer.

Question 1
A lot of behavioural questions, cultural fit type stuff. "Tell me about a time you had to give negative feedback to a co-worker who was underperforming," this sort of thing.
The whole process was very well communicated and transparent. The HR follows-up often. After the initial call, there were another 5 separate interviews to discuss experience and fit with the company.
