I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Unity
Interview
Simple process: Initial phone interview, follow up phone interview; update with a verbal and written offer. The recruiter was curious to learn more about me and my background and shared a clear perspective on Unity and the specific role/responsibilities. Reviewed my resume and asked about my aspirations and reasons for being interested in Unity and in a new challenge. Shared thoughts on next steps and asked me if I had any additional questions. Overall, a positive experience.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unity in Sep 2024
Interview
The interview process was extremely smooth. I've interviewed with Unity a few times in the past and their quality has been really consistent all across different teams.
They ensure that the questions between panels don't overlap and the interviewers made sure that they read the notes from previous meetings as their questions tie in well with answers I have given prior. Something you don't see often! You get to see a lot of different personalities throught the process and it shows that they're passionate about their craft.
As a recruiter myself, I was grately impressed by the execution, the timely feedback, and the professionalism :)
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Unity (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2022
Interview
I spoke with a recruiter who had reached out through LinkedIn for a 30-45 minutes prescreen. It was truly a positive experience and I got to learn a lot about Unity. Unfortunately, I decided to not move forward in the next steps due to the contract length they were offering.
