I have bad experience in Bahwan cybertek.The recruiter by the name "Roderick" call me couple of times and he force me to come down to have to f2f interview and the next day I turned up .After completed my all the technical interview in first half the recruiter ask me to meet the Manager HR (Santhosh Deva mani) and I was waited till evening.hope I meet him at 6 pm in the evening later which he took me 10 min interview and told me that he will pay 5 - 10 % hike.I am surprise the Manager HR he doesn't know the current salary trend and he forced to accept the offer which is very bad.I feel he is not the right fit for this position.my suggestion to management "Kindly have best people and practices in place otherwise you will loose lot many good people in your organisation".
