Interview
I received a first call from the recruiter. We spent a good 45 minutes chatting about the company and what I could bring.
He was happy to move forward with me, but as soon as I mentioned my Visa status, he changed.
I didn't hear back from him, even though I emailed him and was told I would have heard back.
4 weeks later, I received an auto-reject email.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UpGuard
Interview
The interview process was open and transparent at each step of the way. The recruiter explained what would happen at each step and it all happened briskly. I had an initial screening call plus 3 interviews (hiring manager, team panel, and executive leader).
