I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Uptime.com in Aug 2024
Interview
Two interviews in the entire process. One typical interview with HR to review experience and situational questions, and a take home assignment to present on a call with the CEO.

Develop a plan of what you would update on the website.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Uptime.com (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2024
Interview
I was contacted for an initial zoom screening interview. I joined and after waiting over 40 minutes for the recruiter to join, I left. I then immediately emailed the recruiter expressing that I understood if there was a scheduling mistake and that I was still interested in the role and if we could reschedule. I was basically ghosted after this and have not heard from the company since.
This was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I took time to prepare for interview that I cannot get back. Please do not do this with future candidates.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uptime.com (Valencia, Valencian Community) in Sep 2024
Interview
After applying through LinkedIn, they send you a typical email and give you lots of tips on how you can help them do the interview so that it goes smoothly, since they only have 30 minutes.
In the interview with the recruiter, there was a good feeling on both sides, but I didn't get through to the technical test.
It's quite ironic, after 9 years of experience in the frontend, they ask you for some fairly easy entry requirements, it's an attractive product, a good salary, and you do a good interview, but they reject you saying:
"Thank you for participating, but since there are a lot of people, we can't give you feedback, blah blah blah blah."
At least what I've learned is to update my CV properly, nothing more.
