There were 3 rounds, overall it was good they will check the thinking process for solving real life situations that are happening mainly in urban company services, monstly questions will be framed around the cahllenges faced by customer or comapany

How Would you reduce the occurance of customers taking offline services from the urban company trained professional
It was great and interesting. People were very warm and had fun talking to them. They gave great insight about the role and growth from it. I am glad to have given this interview tbh

Interview
Checks for the structure, approach and the strategic thinking- if the person is able to think on his feet. The first round was with the Associate Director. 2nd with the VP/AVP. Round 3 was with a SVP.
The 3 leaders would be from 3 different categories. Once you clear all 3 rounds, the category will be decided.
