UrbanSitter interview questions

I was contacted for an over the phone interview with one associate, due to covid. After that, I was told to complete an assessment with example questions/ complaints for clients. After that, there was a final interview with 3 associates.

It feels like a tinder app where parents can ghost applicants during the screening process. There is no assurance of when parent will follow-up either for still interested or not interested and it keeps the interviewee in the dark. The most you can do as a babysitter waiting for feedback is if you have the iPhone you can see the parent's activity and then have to assume that they are no longer interested so that you can continue to consider other opportunities.
