Interview
Initial phone interview, then a face-to-face with key members of the organization. They are looking very closely at the "chemistry" or the interviewee with the rest of the team, which is good. They hire fairly quickly, but have been know to take a while also, depending what's going on in the organization at the time, i.e. "workload".

Most questions are geared toward determining the person's personality, and how they will fit in within the organization. Some questions are related to the technologies and techniques related to the usability field.
