Utah Retirement Systems interview questions

The application process was fairly easy, I was contacted 3-4 weeks after I submitted the application; HR person wanted to set up an interview the next day for 30 minutes; but there were additional spots to choose from. The panel was overall very friendly and they stuck to the 30 minutes interview so the time was quite limited to answer questions and to ask them as well.

Phone screen from recruiter; first-round interview with the recruiter and hiring manager; second-round interview with the recruiter, hiring manager, and department director; SQL coding test. URS uses a wage formula that determines pay based almost entirely on years of experience. The recruiter told me they don't negotiate pay, so what they offer is what you should expect to receive.
