Extensive "tell me about a time" questions. so many they overlapped, one question could easily answer another and vice versa. Tedious but doable. May be difficult if you don' t have a lot of work experience to draw from to answer all 15-20 situational questions.

Interview
Long phone interview, then facility walk through, staff introduction and job offer made on site. They do the tour at the least busy and everyone knows to present themselves in a positive light when a position is making interview rounds.
