There were a lot of "Tell me about a time when" Questions. Overall Interviewers made me feel comfortable and I was able to fully express myself and my interest. I recommend, they were also very kind

"Tell me about a time when you were faced with a very difficult customer and how you resolved the issue"
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at VCU Health (Richmond, VA)
Interview
They walked me around the building and showed me where everything was. The interview was with two people. One person who runs the facility and the other person who is part of the overall administration at VCU health. They asked common interview questions such as ‘describe yourself’ etc. Thought the interview went well but they want someone with experience. So if you don’t have any you really have to sell yourself well.

Interview
Was a positive experience and was able to offer a job within a reasonable amount of time from the interview. Met with the site manager and then had the opportunity to spend time with the therapist, observe treatment sessions, and speak to current rehab techs.
