Interview
First you fill out an online surgery. Then you attend a group interview (4-6 people) where they ask you to work as a team to create a presentation. They are looking to see how you lead and communicate with the team. This is followed by an individual interview with HR where you answer behavioral questions. Finally, your final interview is with HR and your hiring manager and it’s also behavioural but much more extensive.

Interview
Applied for position in October through cultural fit assessment and some aptitude tests and got a group interview in November. Had to work with other applicants during group interview. After this, if you are successful, you move on to final stage of interviews where you have an info session on the company first . Then you have a final interview with the target department for you to work with. Last stage of interviews is mostly behavioural based questions so you have to prepare extensively for different scenarios.

You are given an initial form to fill, if you are selected then they invite you to a virtual assessment day where you have to work as a team to make a presentation. You dont have to present, only teamwork is assessed.
