Good, challenging but the process was clear and their questions were direct, in the process they focused so much on my experience in the past as well as the university experience

Question 1
Experience in the past and why you wang to work for us
They asked some random technical questions related to DFMEA for which I provided multiple examples. Thereafter, they went more in depth. I explained failure modes and real world examples. They asked some more questions on why I'm leaving the job.
Normally its just one interview, with HR and the technical team. He questions are not so difficult and there is no real set format to the interviews and each manager does it very different to the next, so you may get a heavy technical interview or you may not.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Valeo (Galway)
Interview
Very simple interview with R&D director and site manager in the site manager's office after submitting CV and application letter. The company was much smaller then so the process was simpler.
