Interview
The interview process started with a phone screen with their recruiter. Next steps were an invitation to an on-site interview where there was a testing component (iq, sequences) and a series of technical/behavioral interviews. The process was well scheduled and everyone that I interacted with was very professional!
OA, some questions with recruiter, trader interview, then final onsite that is in person. Not too hard overall but requires a good grasp on mental math and understanding of EV

first round math / coding hackerrank then was told that they filled the position through their bootcamp which is fair enough and at least they were honest and transparent about it

Assessment test with 13 questions. sequences, proba and coding question. The coding question was on hackerrank and didn't have complete instructions. They described the problem but not the instruction. There was no function predefined in the coding question.
