I applied in-person. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Valmet (Saint Petersburg, Sankt-Peterburg) in Feb 2019
Interview
It was quite an easy interview. There were several steps and it took about 4 or 5 months to complete. First step was an interview with HR. Next step was an interview with my future manager. And last step was an interview with the manager and the director. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. Mostly we were talking about prior experience. Also, it was important to have good english level skills.
