The candidate assessment and recruitment process is highly inefficient, with both the HR department and external consultants demonstrating a lack of professional ethics. The entire process was excessively dragged out, requiring over 10 hours of my personal time to complete extensive testing. Despite this heavy time investment, the delivery of feedback was repeatedly delayed. When the final assessment report was eventually provided, it proved to be completely uninformative; instead of offering a professional, actionable analysis, it consisted merely of subjective assumptions and generic statements. Furthermore, the communication from both HR and the assessment consultant repeatedly crossed the boundaries of professional etiquette. They maintained a patronizing, condescending tone and shifted toward personal remarks, which is entirely unacceptable in a corporate culture.
