Four step process to the interview which are as follows:
Shortlist from CV (contact made by HR)
First interview with HR and managers of relevant departments
Aptitude Assessment
Second round of interviews
Third round of interviews
Interviewed by Senior Project Manager and the GM. Senior Project manager was professional and drove the interview really well while the GM was in his shorts doing some work in his basement, completely unprofessional. GM even went off in between the interview for few minutes without even asking informing. They were just wasting their time and mine as it looked like the GM was not interested at all in the interview process.
