Vassar College interview questions

Sat with a panel of several faculty for the relevant department. Toured the building. Very friendly and welcoming experience. Was, of course, offered the chance to ask questions and dig a bit into why the position was open and how the department functioned together, any previous issues with my predecessor and how they were resolved, etc.
