When you arrive you fill out an application in the sitting area (Arrive early to give yourself adequate time.) Then you inter a meeting room where there are other applicants waiting for a group presentation that is given prior to the individual 1 on 1 interview (approximately 20-30mins in length). BRING A PENNY WITH YOU.... You'll be happy you did. =) During the 1 on 1 interview you'll be asked several questions about how well you feel you're a match to the company's structure and if you're the personable type. It is very important to be comfortable w/yourself as well as with engaging w/new people. Having any kind of Network or Networking Skills is an absolute plus.
