I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Vector Marketing in Feb 2018
Interview
They basically just told me about the company and what they do. Asked me questions to see if I would be a fit for the company and then when they liked my responses, they asked me to stay for a second part of the interview where they talked about the position, what it entails etc. The flier said customer service representative but ended up being a sales job so they were a little shady and not upfront about what the position entails. Customer service representative is a lot different then being a salesmen (regardless of pay contracts). They were really nice and welcoming, but I think they should have been more upfront about the position instead of bringing you in and then telling you what you'll be doing.
