Super short and easy. Start with the online application, have a phone call with the manager & then go into the office for an interview. The manager at our branch is super energetic and awesome, so the interview was not nerve racking at all.

Group informational interview. Really sketchy. Lasted over an hour. Read it’s a multilevel marketing scam, kinda seemed like it. The initial email doesn’t tell you what the jobs about they just push you to book an “interview” with only group slots. Then you find out you sell knives.
The interview was conducted online, was asked different types of questions and I had to answer in details and asked if is there any would like to ask or get clarity on and I asked and was answered to my satisfaction
Very easy interview, they ask you some behavioral questions and they also ask the basic interview questions. Ususally the managers are quite young so it is very laid back and chill.
